I have been studying health & nutrition for over 9 years, and have helped a variety of clients improve their health. My scientific research has been published in world-leading academic journals, and has been widely covered by the media, including The Daily Mail, Yahoo News, Study Finds, Medscape, Olive Oil Times, The Daily Star, and Metro.

I help people achieve vibrant health and well-being, using diet, supplements, and lifestyle strategies (exercise, sleep & reducing stress).

The most effective way to do this is through one-to-one consultations, as each person is biochemically unique and so needs an individualized approach. What works for one person may not work for another; although there are some overarching core principles.
